Thought the Food was a good selection and pleanty of it. it was hot, The whole of the public areas were very clean Security of Hotel was good having to use key card to enter lift was a good facility Security guard on site at night BED had new matress and was confortable Room was quiet as it wasnt facing strip.

Perfect location and close to the usual entertainment and the beach. Clean and airy room with a small balcony. The bathroom was great, clean throughout, and a brilliant shower. The restaurant provided a great choice, and the buffet style breakfast was perfect with a broad range of options. The secure parking was necessary as parking in Benidorm can be stressful. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I will stay here again.

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and staff amazing, food was really good and different every day, rooms cleaned everyday. Location is ideal right in middle but as behind Ambassador no noice.

The rooms were perfect for us especially myself and im a wheelchair user. The food there was a great variety to suit everyone the food was also perfect there were no faults with the food or the room, it had a fantastic pool. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was excellant in every way possible

Staff were lovely and helpfull...no security deposit..free safe in room...breakfast nice something for everyone..location great..rooms clean..pool area big..lots of sunbeds..huge mix of all ages..

Great location for bars/entertainment. Plenty of choices for food at mealtimes, even for picky eaters. Staff are very friendly & helpful.
